CPS System

The CPS systems are custom build systems  depending on the specific waste stream that  needs to be treated.

The CPS - Industrial Effluent  Systems use PolyClay technology to clarify spent solutions, emulsions and industrial effluent. The systems provide process design flexibility to meet  specific waste removal needs. Standard systems have a throughput capacity up to 12m³ per hour, with treatment tank sizes ranging from 2 to 15m³  for optimum efficiency and economy.

System Components:

Equalization tanks - capacity is based on the system throughput with mixers installed to keep solids in  suspension.

Treatment tanks - are designed to optimize the treatment process with decant connections for the clear water and a conical bottom for ease of emptying the treated sludge. Mixers are installed in the tanks.

Chemical feeder - are used for dosing PolyClay into the Treatment tank, and are available for use with 25Kg bags or 1 tonne  bulk bags.

Mixers - are used on all CPS systems and  have been selected to provide optimum process results during the addition of PolyClay into the Treatment tank and for solids suspension in the Equalization tank.

Sludge tanks - are used for holding sludge from the treatment tank to enable  batches to be processed independently of the filter press operating cycle.

Filter presses - are fitted with 800 or 1000mm plates and have a hydraulically  operated ram to keep the press closed.

Pumps - Air operated diaphragm pumps are used for transfer between tanks  and to feed the filter press.

Control Panel User Interface

Control Panel - CPS system can be operated in manual or manual / automatic mode and are designed to meet specific site requirements.
