Do you offer servicing and support with your systems?

We provide support in multiple ways once you purchase a system with us. This includes training on how to operate the systems once they have been installed, depending on your system type we can also offer remote technical support, this means we can tap into your control panel and configure the right settings for your system whenever you need us. In order to keep your system maintained over the years we also offer servicing packages.

How do we know what water treatment system is right for us?

Our expert team can come to you and assess your current setup, providing you with a consultation on the right system for your manufacturing process.

Do you have trial systems?

The answer is yes, we can ship a pilot machine out to you so you can trail it within your process before you make the descision to purchase a complete system from us. Please speak to a member of our sales team about our trial systems.

Do you delivery worldwide?

Yes, we do offer worldwide shipping of our systems and polyclay product. Please speak to a member of our sales team for further information on shipping.

Can we purchase PolyClay® formula In bulk?

PolyClay® is available from 25kg bags up to 1 tonne bulk bags.

Can you tailor a PolyClay® formula for our process?

The Answer is YES. If you have something specific within the wastewater your process produces we can tailor a PolyClay® formula to work for you. Learn more about our PolyClay® product here

How quickly does PolyClay® work?

Typically PolyClay® will get to work immediately and wastewater could be ready for filtration within 10-20 minutes
