The quality both of our products and services is very important to us as such CTECH-Europe’s quality objectives are regularly monitored and reviewed annually. We recognise that our customers are the focus of all we do and to anticipate and exceed all their needs our aims are to achieve continuously improving levels of quality of both product and service. Our key objectives will be identified and progress towards those targets will be measured and reviewed. We will maintain an efficient and effective integrated management system.

To ensure that this commitment is fully realised, responsibilities have been established for ensuring that the policy and procedures of the Quality Management System are strictly observed and continually improved. The Company’s Quality Management System, which is an integral part of the Integrated Management System (IMS), and has been established to conform to the contractual and regulatory requirements as stated in the International Standard BS EN ISO 9001. The Quality Management System is a fully documented system. These Quality System documents form the basis upon which our customers can rely on our products and services. The policies and procedures of the Quality Management System are approved and supported by Senior Management. For the Quality Management System to be effective, it is essential that all employees adhere to the stated procedures at all times.
