Maintaining your systems performance
Preventative maintenance inspections are offered on monthly, quarterly or yearly basis.
The inspections are specifically designed to keep the machines working in top condition, minimising unexpected breakdowns and inconvenience to the customer.
The Remote access is delivered via GSM or internet. This allows CTECH engineers at the headquarters to help diagnose problems over the phone. This reduces unnecessary visits to site and provides a rapid response. CTECH can provide daily and weekly reports sent to a nominated email address detailing your systems events, settings and statistics.

CTECH offers various levels of support from remote access and telephone assistance to onsite preventative maintenance inspections.
We also have a team of experienced and customer orientated service engineers available to support and assist with any technical queries.
CTECH engineers are ready to help with level 2 CSCS cards, MEWP licences and First Aid certificates. CTECH Europe are ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 accredited. Maintaining these standards ensures CTECH stays at the pinnacle of quality, health & safety and environmental aspects.
